Full floral arrangements…to singular flowers…anything pertaining to petals is what’s modish in the midst of many jewelers at this time. Keeping up with the floral jewelry trend this year doesn’t necessarily require the purchase of loud and kitschy pieces.
Essentially we want to keep our accessory medley a mixture of ornate and basic fundamentals. I have selected a few adored pieces from Lanvin.

Helmet is most often treated as necessary evil accessory because while it provides skull protection it hides beautiful/handsome face, hair style and charm of the rider. Modern designers have come up with trendy helmet designs which take care of style statement but still most of them are very geeky and lack feminine touch. Here is HelmetDress, a company from Barcelona, which creates designer helmets with a modern ‘chic touch’ and it offers awesome stylistic designs that can go with the attire and personality of the riders. Moreover, they offer customized services too, meaning, you can now design your own helmet and they will make it for you. Awesome, isn’t it?
Motorcycles and other trendy two wheelers are becoming fashionable again thanks to congested roads and traffic jams in every modern city. They

Two nations divided by a common language – and by clothing. As part of our New Year’s Resolutions many of us decide to smarten up and Esquire had a clothing guide for men that made us laugh, cheer and scratch our heads.
Some of the items on their list we had no argument with:
7. A rugby shirt is the most masculine thing a man can wear.
For sure. And a rugby shirt is always acceptable socially.
And then there’s:
22. Always tuck: polo and dress shirts that hang below your hip. Never tuck: sweaters and turtlenecks. Everything else is negotiable.
Really? I don’t see many British men tucking in their polo shirts these days – and do you know what? I wouldn’t want to. It’s a shirt that’s made to drape, at least in this nation’s eyes, and drape is what we let it do.
Of course the Americans have Texas to contend with, and it comes up more than once on their clothing list – so a ten gallon hat and cowboy boots are okay, but a hoodie is only acceptable occasionally? Somebody should tel

Food Allergy Awareness Week is observed from May 8 to May 14. This annual observance was initiated in 1997 by the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN), an organization that advocates on behalf of patients and families. The goal for the week is to educate the public on this potentially life-threatening condition.
A food allergy occurs when the immune system reacts to eating a particular food. The symptoms of a food allergy range from hives to digestive problems to potentially life-threatening swelling of airways and a drop in blood pressure. The medical term for this condition is anaphylaxis.
Milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish are the most common foods that cause allergic reactions in the American population. According to the Mayo Clinic, 6 to 8 percent of children under 5, and 3 to 4 percent of adults live with food allergies. People with food allergies must be hyper-vigilant when choosing the food they eat.

Silver Pendants support jewelry designers all over the world. As designers we share similar joys and challenges. Carmen Rosa Gamio Alvarez is a jeweler in Peru who recently received a microloan from Nina Designs. Reading her bio, I was struck by how much all of us have in common as jewelry designers, business women and moms.
Alvarez discovered her love of art early. When I was a little girl, I liked to draw, and today I have a lot of fun designing and creating jewelry. I think it awoke the latent child artist in me.
She adores her job. The silversmiths art runs through my veins and I love itFor me, my art is a fusion of fantasy and reality.
She struggles with the high price of silver. The rising price of silver is seriously affecting my work.
And she relishes being a Mom.
